President of the Management Board, Managing Director Mariusz has many years of experience in the insurance sector, gained in insurance companies as a director of claims handling and sales. Managed projects in the area of loss adjustment and repair management. Member of the the Management Board of Punkt Pro since 2014.

Andrzej Sobkowiak

Chief Financial Officer Andrzej has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2008. He is an experienced financial director with many years of work in the insurance industry.

Paweł Kubiak

Director of the Projects Department Paweł has over ten years of experience in the insurance sector. He coordinated projects related to sales development and claims handling. He has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2017.

Grzegorz Olszewski

Director of Claims Settlement Grzegorz has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2012. He has over twenty years of experience in managing claims settlement teams and has successfully implemented claims settlement processes for strategic clients.

Małgorzata Kudrewicz

Deputy Director for Insurance Knows the insurance industry like no other, and has been an insurance professional for 25 years. For most of her professional career, Małgorzata has been associated with Grupa Punkta. At Punkta Pro, manages the insurance team of the DLL Group. Her team says they can count on her in any situation.

Aleksandra Bałdyga

Administration Manager Aleksandra has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2015. Manages the Administration Department and agency certifications. Member of the ESG Committee of the Punkta Group.

Karolina Erwin

Marketing Manager Karolina has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2012. Has many years of marketing experience in the insurance and automotive industries.

Beata Mackiewicz-Kolęda

Manager of the Dealer Sales Support Department Beata has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2014. Responsible for managing Punkta Pro dealership projects, manages the KIA, Jaguar, Land Rover and Tesla Dealer Sales Support Department. Successfully implements systems and manages sales processes in the dealership network.

Łukasz Marciniak

Manager of the Controlling and Settelements Department Associated with Punkta Pro since 2010, has many years of experience in the corporate finance and accounting. Łukasz specializes in creating detailed analyzes and reports, thanks to which we can easily determine the development directions of Punkta Pro.

Agnieszka Posadna

Insurance Team Manager Agnieszka specializes in cooperation with leasing companies and banks. She has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2007. Long-time manager of a retail sales team. She gained work experience related to the implementation and operation of insurance programs in cooperation with, among others, the Masterlease Group, DLL Group, Santander Leasing.

Kamil Stępień

IT Department Manager Kamil manages a team responsible for the development and maintenance of internal systems and their integration with external ones.He has been associated with Punkta Pro since 2015.
